Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium green pepper, chopped (about 3/4 c.)
    1 (about 15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (11 1/8 oz.) can Campbell's condensed Italian tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    tortilla chips, sour cream, fresh cilantro sprigs and chili powder (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and green pepper until beef is browned and pepper is tender, stirring to separate meat.
    Spoon off fat.
