Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
    Doritos or Tostitos
    2 (5 oz.) or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water to ground chuck.
    Cook rice according to directions on package.
    Melt Velveeta cheese in microwave with Ro-Tel tomatoes.
    Mix all together.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Serve with chips.
