Baked Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drain and reserve liquid
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    saltine crackers
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour and juice; pour over pineapple and cheese (9-inch glass dish).
    Mix together margarine and cracker crumbs (enough crackers to make a thick oatmeal base) and spread on top of pineapple and cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve hot!
