Spring Break Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
    6 servings angel hair pasta
    1/2 c. white wine
    2 Tbsp. flour to thicken or arrowroot
Preparation
    Cook shrimp in margarine; remove shrimp, but save shrimp broth. Add 1/4 cup of broth and reduce for 5 minutes.
    Add wine and cook for several more minutes.
    Add seasoning, mustard and 1 tablespoon flour.
    Gradually thicken.
    When mixture reaches thin paste texture, add green onions and shrimp.
    Stir until coated.
    Serve over precooked angel hair pasta.
