Blackened Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
-
Mix together all spices.
Coat chicken with mix (1 tablespoon per piece) and baste with melted margarine.
Grill, basting with margarine after turning once or cook in skillet in hot oil. Excellent on a bun with mayo, lettuce and tomato!
