Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. Minute rice
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 small pkg. frozen corn
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion in large skillet. Add spices to this mixture as you brown.
Add rest of ingredients, except rice, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add water and rice.
Put lid on skillet, turn off heat and let stand until rice is tender.
