Chow Mein Guyanese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pkg. Kluski Pennsylvania Dutch noodles
1/2 lb. leftover cooked meat
1/2 c. sweet peas, cooked
1/4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Boil noodles in a large pot with 2 teaspoons salt, water and 2 tablespoons oil (to prevent noodles from sticking).
Let cook for 10 minutes.
Place meat, sweet peas and cabbage in a pan with 2 tablespoons oil and add cooked noodles, soy sauce, black pepper and other seasonings to taste.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
