Ann'S Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen squash
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Pet milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    buttered cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine ingredients by stirring with a spoon or blender.
    Bake in a greased casserole dish.
    Set in a pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until set. Before removing from the oven, cover with buttered cracker crumbs and bake until brown. Very good.
