Barbecued Quail(Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 quail
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
5 Tbsp. soy sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Place quail in shallow dish and bake at 300\u00b0 until tender.
Baste often with sauce.
