Carrot And Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 small crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
    2 c. Miracle Whip
    1/3 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Toss together carrots, raisins and crushed pineapple.
    Mix together reserved juice, Miracle Whip and powdered sugar.
    Pour over carrot mixture and stir well. To plump up the raisins, make one day before serving.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
