Hamburgs In Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 egg
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 handful bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    1 can onion soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Make into patties.
    Brown patties on both sides and put in a casserole.
    Cover with one can of onion soup and one can of water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
