Chocolate Eclair Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box graham crackers
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) tub whipped topping
2 small pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
Preparation

Butter bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line pan with graham crackers.
Mix pudding according to directions.
Blend in whipped topping.
Pour half of mixture over graham crackers, then place second layer of crackers over pudding.
Pour on remainder of pudding and top with more graham crackers.
Frost with chocolate icing.
Keep refrigerated.
