Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salad oil or olive
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 c. tomato paste
    2 cans beef bouillon
    2 carrots, sliced thin
    8 c. water
    1 c. chopped cabbage
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    small dash of sage
    1 can kidney beans
    1 zucchini, sliced thin
    1 can green beans
    1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    In large pot heat oil.
    Add onion, parsley and celery.
    Cook until veggies are soft.
    Add tomato paste, bouillon, carrots, water, cabbage, salt, pepper and sage.
    Bring to boil, then simmer 1 hour.
    Add kidney beans, zucchini, green beans and macaroni. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until macaroni is done.
