Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes, peeled
    1 stick butter
    3 c. sugar or sweeten to taste
    2 tsp. cinnamon or to taste
    1 tsp. nutmeg or to taste
    1 can Carnation milk (evaporated)
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until done, about 45 minutes.
    Blend together for 15 minutes until strings from potatoes are gone. Pour into ready pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 4 to 5 pies.
