Easy Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked shrimp
1 c. flaked crab or mock crab
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 c. green peas
1/2 c. light Thousand Island dressing or lite Ranch
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
-
Combine shrimp, crab, pimiento, onion and peas in a serving bowl.
In shaker container, mix remaining ingredients and pour dressing over salad.
Toss and serve.
