Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 plate-size tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can chopped black olives
    1 small can diced green chilies
    1 c. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped (optional)
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese and add rest of ingredients.
    Spread on tortillas.
    Roll each tortilla (burrito style).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Before serving, slice the rolls in small slices. Serve with or without salsa.
