Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and baking soda, then add oil, vanilla, water and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Pour into small muffin tins, filling them 1/3 full.
    Top each with a spoonful of filling.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts and sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
