Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sauerkraut, drained and cut fine
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating well.
Sift all dry ingredients and add to mixture, alternating with 1 cup of water.
Add vanilla. When well mixed, add sauerkraut, well drained and cut fine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for about 30 minutes.
