Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed stew beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can mushroom gravy (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    2 carrots, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil; drain off fat.
    Add gravy, juice, soup and horseradish.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Place vegetables in casserole. Pour meat mixture over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours.
    Serves 6.
