Lemon Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. small red potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a small saucepan, melt the butter; stir in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat. Yield: 8 servings.
