Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. chopped Irish potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    1 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    thyme to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Bring chicken broth, potatoes, onion and milk to boil.
    Simmer 15 minutes, then add remaining ingredients.
