Foolproof Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together flour and yeast.
    Heat milk, oil, water, sugar and salt until warm.
    Using electric mixer, add liquid to dry ingredients.
    Add eggs.
    Blend with mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
    Pour into three well-greased one pound coffee cans. Cover with lids and let rise to 1/2-inch from top of cans.
    Remove lids and bake 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Cool 15 minutes before removing from cans.
    Freezes well.
