Sweet Potatoes In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 c. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper

Preparation

Slice sweet potatoes in half lengthwise and place, cut side down, on a well-greased cookie sheet or shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sweet potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
