Microwave Chicken Chilli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt whole tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can no-salt tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can no-salt whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. cut up chicken or turkey
1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In 2-quart casserole, combine onion, green pepper and garlic; cover and cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cover.
Reduce power to 70% and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
Stir twice.
Makes 6 cups, 1 serving each contains only 187 calories, 1 gram fat, 13 g cholesterol and 75 NA.
