Ranch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower, broken into 4 c. florets
1 bunch broccoli, broken into 3 c. florets
4 to 6 small tomatoes, quartered
1 carrot, thinly sliced
4 green onions with tops thinly sliced
1 c. chopped celery
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. blue cheese dressing
8 oz. Ranch dressing
Preparation

Combine vegetables, bacon and cheese in a large salad bowl. Combine dressings and pour over salad.
Toss to mix.
Chill. Serves 16 to 20.
