Easy Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Grease an 8-inch skillet with oil.
    Mix ingredients with spoon until very stiff, but pasty.
    Drop spoonful into dry flour and turn over.
    Roll each dough ball between hands until smooth, round. Place in skillet, mash down and turn over, greasing both sides. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until light brown.
