Blender Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. soft butter
3 1/2 oz. coconut
Preparation

In blender, process all until well mixed.
Pour into buttered pie plate; cook 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Check center with knife.
When knife comes out clean, pie is done.
