Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 bell pepper
1 onion (small)
2 carrots, shredded
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
Preparation
-
Bring oil, sugar, vinegar and mustard seed to a rolling boil. Pour over cabbage, pepper, onion and carrots.
Cover and keep in refrigerator.
Will keep for 4 to 6 weeks in refrigerator.
