Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw grated zucchini
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix
    zucchini,\tsugar,\toil and eggs.
    Sift flour, salt and baking
    powder
    2
    times.
    Add
    to zucchini mixture.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased and
    floured
    loaf pans.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until center is done.
