Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. cream (evaporated milk)
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter. Pour over lightly beaten eggs and sugar; mix well and add cornmeal, vanilla and cream. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or test with toothpick inserted in center comes
out clean.
