Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pinch cream of tartar
    dash of salt
    8 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Mix sugar, syrup and butter.
    Bring to a rolling boil. Stirring constantly, cook 5 minutes more.
    Add baking soda and cream of tartar.
    Pour and mix over popcorn in a large soup pot. After mixed well, place in a large roaster pan, cookie sheet or shallow pan and bake in 200\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Pour on waxed paper and separate to cool.
    Store in sealed Tupperware to keep crisp.
