Spaghetti With Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken thighs
    olive oil
    garlic
    oregano
    basil
    Italian seasoning
    hot pepper, crushed or fried
    tomato sauce
    linguini
    fresh Peccarino or Locatelli Romano cheese
    cracked pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
    Skin thighs and brown in oil.
    Add copious amounts of garlic, basil and hot pepper.
    Add slightly less oregano and Italian seasoning.
    Just as the garlic starts to brown, add the tomato sauce (large can) and stir.
    Simmer lightly over low heat for 45 minutes.
