Low Cal Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 T plain gelatin
    1/2 cup chicken broth from can
    1 T chili sauce
    1/2 cup string beans (drained well)
    1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
    1 T vinegar dressing
    1/2 cup raw celery
    1 oz. diced cheese
    Salt & pepper
    1/4 head lettuce
Preparation
    Dissolve gel in 1 T chicken broth.
    Heat remaining broth and add dissolved gel, let cool 5 min. Mix with chili sauce.
    Add veggies, salt & pepper and cheese.
    Pour into mold and chill til serving time.
    Unmold over lettuce and sprinkle with dressing. Serve at once.
