Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Birds Eye chopped broccoli, cooked halfway
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion, chopped fine
2 eggs
2 c. crushed Town House crackers
1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese, grated
2 heaping Tbsp. mayo
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook broccoli halfway and drain.
Add all remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs.
Mix together and pour into an ungreased casserole dish.
Spread cracker crumbs on top and bake 30 minutes.
