French Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water 30 minutes. Drain and mash. Add milk, margarine, seasonings and baking powder.
    Beat until fluffy. Add onion.
    Serves 6 to 8.
