Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow sheet cake, split in half longway
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, sugar and coconut.
    (This is the filling you spread between layers.)
    Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for icing. Spread filling between layers.
    Mix the 1 cup filling with 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and ice entire cake.
