Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    very ripe tomatoes
    small white or purple onion
    small clove garlic
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. red wine vinegar
    cilantro or parsley to taste
    1 fresh hot pepper
Preparation
    Chop very ripe tomatoes, small white or purple onion, small clove of garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar.
    Chop up cilantro or parsley to taste.
    Add 1 fresh hot pepper (I use seeds and all, eliminate seeds for non-pepper bellies).
