Swedish Meatballs With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, salt and paprika. Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Brown the meatballs in a skillet with the melted margarine.
    Combine the mushroom soup and water, pouring over meatballs.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve on top of cooked rice.
