Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Sourdough Starter
    1/3 c. milk
    1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 1/2 c. flour (to stiffen)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Knead a few times in the bowl and then put in greased pan or make rolls.
    (Also put rolls in greased pan.)
    Let rise 20 to 30 minutes.
    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
