Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. milk (cold)
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut Crisco, using a pastry cutter, into
    flour and salt until small crumbs form.\tAdd milk; mix with a fork
    to form a ball.
    Do not knead the pastry; it will get tough.
    Put pastry on wax paper. Cover with another piece of wax paper; roll out to
    form
    an 11-inch
    circle.
    Remove 1 piece
    of
    wax
    paper carefully.
    Flip into a 9-inch pan.\tRemove other piece of wax paper.
    Carefully fit into pan;
    flute the
    top
    into
    desired design.
    Using fork, make holes in crust to
    release steam and prevent bubbles.\tBake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes,
    or until light brown.
