Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes or 2 lb.
    1/2 lb. wieners
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Slice potatoes.
    Cut wieners into 1/2-inch slices.
    Arrange in layers of potatoes, wieners, celery and onion in a baking dish. Melt margarine.
    Blend in flour, mustard and salt. Cook until sauce boils, stirring constantly.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until potatoes are tender.
