Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head cabbage
2 lb. sausage, browned
1/2 tsp. Chinese five spice
1/2 c. watercress
1 c. shrimp, cooked
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bamboo shoots
1 pkg. egg roll skins
Preparation

Chop bamboo shoots, cabbage, watercress and shrimp.
Cook cabbage and drain well.
Add browned sausage and rest of ingredients.
Allow to cool.
Roll in skins according to directions on the package.
Drop egg roll into hot oil and cook until nicely browned (about 1/2 to 1 minute each).
Great when served with duck sauce.
The following Sweet and Sour Sauce is also good.
