Pork Tenderloin Gourmet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. green pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
medium onion, chopped
12 tenderloin patties
Preparation

Dredge meat with 1/2 of the flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
Brown in butter.
Brown onion and pepper.
Add remaining flour and mushrooms.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add lemon, salt and pepper.
Cover and bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
