Cheese Cake Topped Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fudge brownie mix
    1 (8 oz) cream cheese (soften)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine (soften)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can eagle brand sweeten condensed milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    ready to spread chocolate frosting (optional)
    orange peel (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare brownie mix as package directions. Spread into greased 13 x 9 baking pan. In large mixing bowl; beat cream cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk; add eggs and vanilla, beat until smooth. Pour cheese cake mixture evenly over brownie batter.
