Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 boxes instant pudding
    1 c. powdered sugar
    3 c. milk
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing
Preparation
    Mix pudding, sugar and milk together about 2 minutes.
    Fold in Cool Whip; set aside.
    Lightly grease bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with oil.
    Line bottom of pan with crackers.
    Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over crackers.
    Put another layer of crackers with remaining pudding.
    Finish with another layer of crackers.
    Ice with frosting and then refrigerate.
