Cream Of Olive Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken stock
1 c. minced ripe olives
1 c. heavy cream
1/4 c. sherry
1/4 c. minced green onion
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan; blend in flour and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
Whisk in chicken stock and bring to boil and add pepper.
Stir in olives and cream; bring back to simmer. Taste and adjust salt, if needed.
Stir in sherry and onions and serve.
Very unusual and very good.
