Quick Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 (10 oz.) can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 c. spaghetti, cooked
fresh mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

In a medium pan, saute onions and mushrooms until tender. Reduce heat and add soup, water, cheese and sherry.
Stir occasionally until cheese melts.
Add pimento, parsley, chicken and spaghetti.
Bring to serving temperature.
