Peachy Pork Picante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    18 oz. chunky salsa
    1/3 c. peach preserves
Preparation
    Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning.
    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add pork; cook until brown, stirring occasionally.
    Add salsa and preserves to pan; lower heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
