Ingredients

5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. half and half milk
2 c. unwhipped whipping cream
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Melt and cool chocolate in mixer bowl.
Beat well.
Add egg yolks, condensed milk and vanilla.
Beat well.
Stir in half and half and whipping cream.
Pour into ice cream container and freeze according to freezer instructions.
