No Buttermilk Or Eggs Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    6 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    12 Tbsp. canola oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Blend all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
